Statement

I visualize dramatic scenes in my head and reproduce them in the studio. I draw the imagery from mass media, fashion, and movies. Conflict is infused in contemporary media to entertain us, but I believe drama is also used to inform us. The exercise of creating drama is my way of reminding the viewer that the drama is all made up.
